DRAWING DESCRIPTION:

Drawing Period for each Giveaway consists of one (1) continuous entry period, during which the number of prizes specified in the Schedule will be awarded in a random drawing at the end of the applicable Drawing Period from among all eligible entries received during that period. Non-winning entries WILL NOT roll over into any subsequent Giveaway drawing.

SCHEDULE

ELIGIBILITY

Only legal United States residents residing in the fifty (50) United States and Washington D.C. who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of primary residence (19 or older in AL and NE, 21 or older in MS) are eligible to participate in the Drawing. However, employees, officers, directors, managers, members and partners of Sponsor and any contractors, consultants, partners, joint venturers or licensees who are participating in, assisting with or otherwise involved in the Drawing its and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Drawing Entities”) and the immediate family members, and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Drawing. The following individuals are also ineligible to enter the Drawing or win a prize: (1) SMSC Members and their immediate family members that reside in the same household; (2) SMSC Gaming Enterprise employees and their immediate family members that reside in the same household; and (3) employees of any SMSC Gaming Enterprise advertising or printing vendor. Drawing is void where prohibited by law. By participating in the Drawing, each entrant represents, warrants and agrees that entrant is participating in the Drawing for himself or herself alone and not as part of a group (i.e., two or more) of persons.

The entry requires a Club M number which is legitimate and approved from the Mystic Slots casino.

HOW IT WORKS

To participate in the Drawing, go tohttps://www.mysticslots.com/ orhttps://apps.facebook.com/mysticslots (collectively, the “Website”) locate the Drawing button in the main lobby and follow the on-screen instructions to receive one (1) entry into the Drawing. You may also participate by downloading the Mystic Slots app (the “App”) from the applicable store associated with your data enabled smart phone. Once you have downloaded the App, locate the Drawing button in the main lobby and follow the on-screen instructions to receive one (1) entry into the Drawing. If you already have an account on the App, you must be logged into your Account to participate in the Drawing.

The App is available for free in the iTunes and Android stores. If you choose to download the App to participate in the Drawing, be aware that STANDARD DATA RATES MAY APPLY to the download of the App. You should contact your data service provider for pricing plans and details. Check your phone’s capabilities for specific instructions. There is no guarantee that the App will work with all carriers or on all devices.

Except as contemplated in these Official Rules, personal information collected in connection with this Drawing will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located atwww.mysticslots.com/privacy-policy. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address per day regardless of the method of entry. For purposes of these Official Rules, a “day” is defined as any twenty-four (24) hour period during the Drawing Period beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. PT and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. PT.

All entries must be received by the end of the Drawing Period in order to participate. The Website’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for online entries in this Drawing. The Drawing Entities shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Drawing or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Drawing. The Drawing Entities assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.

In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed completed by the authorized account holder of the email address provided at time of registration. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, wireless carrier, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

At the end of the Summer Break Giveaway Entry Period, ten (10) potential prize winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the corresponding single entry period. There will be an in-game announcement of the previous single entry period potential drawing period Prize winners in the App/on the Website in the following single entry period. The potential winner(s) announced is not the winner of any prize until such potential drawing period Prize winner’s eligibility has been verified. The potential prize winners will be notified by telephone and/or mail and/or e-mail, using contact information provided or collected at the time of entry. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, and time permitting, will attempt to contact up to three (3) potential winners of a prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. If any potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, such potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate prize winner may be selected. The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the corresponding Drawing Entry Period.

PRIZE

Ten (10) Gridiron Spins Giveaway Prizes are available in total for the single entry period.

• Ten (10) prizes will be awarded in arandom drawing at the end of the Drawing Period, running from September 1, 2026 through September 15, 2026.

Each Drawing Prize consists of 500 Mysticash.

Limit one (1) drawing Prize per person across the entire Drawing Period.

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS

Prize winners shall be solely responsible for all federal, state, and/or local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prize. Any potential prize winner may have to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where imposing such condition is legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”), which will be provided to such potential winner following verification. If the potential winner fails or refuses to sign and return all Prize Claim Documents within five (5) days of prize notification (or a shorter time if required by exigencies), such potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

GENERAL

Acceptance of a prize constitutes prize winner’s permission for Sponsor and its designees, including, without limitation, SMSC Gaming Enterprise, to use prize winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation. Entrants agree that the Drawing Entities and SMSC Gaming Enterprise (A) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Drawing or any Drawing-related activity, or from entrants’ acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, (B) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor and SMSC Gaming Enterprise assumes no responsibility for any damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer system or wireless phone which is occasioned by participating in the Drawing, or for any computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature and (C) shall not be responsible for the payment of any taxes on any prize. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sponsor and SMSC Gaming Enterprise are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, or stolen entries or prize notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Drawing if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Drawing is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Drawing as contemplated herein. In the event Sponsor is prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Drawing as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Drawing. If the Drawing is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) reward any remaining prizes in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued by a duly authorized representative of Sponsor. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

Entrants further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Drawing and/or prevent others from participating in the Drawing. ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY APP, ONLINE SERVICE OR WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE DRAWING MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

GOVERNING LAW

THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE DRAWING SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEVADA WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF THE LAWS OF ANY OTHER JURISDICTION.

ELIGIBILITY:

The Vikings Tickets Giveaway (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding the states of Utah and Washington) and Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) who are 21 years of age or older and have a registered account with the relevant game (as listed at 3(A) to (C) below). A registered account requires an entrant to have completed a sign in process via an approved platform (such as your phone, Apple, Google or Facebook) which involves the provision of your valid name and contact details. Proof of age and identity must be furnished upon request. Employees, contractors, directors and officers of Ruby Seven Studios, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and each of their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, and advertising, promotion and judging agencies and all other service agencies involved with the Promotion, and members of the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouse) and household of each such employee are not eligible to participate. Self-excluded guests or guests banned from locations owned or operated by Sponsor or an affiliated entity are not eligible to participate. The Vikings Tickets Giveaway is free to join.

ENTRY PERIOD:

This Promotion begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on October 31, 2026 (“Entry Period”). All entries to the Promotion must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible. The clock on Sponsor’s server for Mystic Slots play will be the official clock for the Promotion.

HOW TO ENTER

During the Entry Period, you can enter the Promotion in as follows:

a. Mystic Slots play: eligible entrants who login to Mystic Slots during the Entry Period will receive entries in the Promotion according to the table below based on play in the Mystic Slots website and/or mobile app. Plays do not require purchase and can be made utilizing free currency. Your free currency will be replenished at set intervals and you are required to manually redeem the free currency when it becomes available.

Entries that fail to comply with these Official Rules will NOT be honored. Entrants may only enter using a single Mystic Slots account for Mystic Slots play. Entrants may not enter multiple times with multiple Mystic Slots accounts. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different accounts, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods may void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified (and forfeits all prizes won), in Sponsor’s sole discretion. In addition, entrants may not use automated or scripted programs or means to enter either through Mystic Slots.

In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the “authorized account holder” of the Mystic Slots accounts used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by the organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted entry. A potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder associated with the entry.

Entries received after the conclusion of the Entry Period will not be valid for any prizes or in the case of mail in entries any entry received after the conclusion of the Entry Period must be post marked before the conclusion of the Entry Period. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of delivery. Entries will not be returned and will become the property of Sponsor for promotional and other use, and by entering entrants agree to assign any and all rights in and to the entries, and copyrights thereof, to Sponsor.

DRAWINGS/ODDS:

On November 1, 2026 (“Drawing Date”), a random drawing will take place to select 3 prize winners among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Winners will be notified within seven (7) calendar days of the Drawing Date in accordance with section 9 below. Entries are cumulative throughout the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period and the number of prizes for each prize category, and the winner of each prize will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries. There is no maximum number of total entries to the Promotion, thus the odds of winning will vary based on the number of entries. A winner need not be present to win. Sponsor’s decisions regarding awarding prizes in accordance with these Official Rules are final.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

By entering, entrants: (a) agree that they have read and agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees and agents, which are final, binding and non-negotiable in all respects; and (b) represent and warrant that they are in compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements and that they are not prohibited from participating in the Promotion.

OTHER PROVISIONS: The Sponsor is not responsible for:

a. lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, misdirected, damaged, incorrect, invalid entries, computer errors or malfunctions; orp>

b. incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, failures or delays in computer transmissions, or network connections, human, printing or other errors, technical malfunctions, or any other errors or malfunctions.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, extend, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, bugs, viruses, technical failures, or any other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the administration, integrity, security, fairness or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor will randomly award the prizes from among eligible entries received prior to cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions, the website, or network connections that are human or technical in nature.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process the Mystic Slots game, the Promotion website, or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Persons submitting entries under false pretenses will be disqualified. Sponsor has no obligation to notify a participant of his/her disqualification. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of the Official Rules or any provision of these Official Rules.

Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

PRIZES:

Three (3) winners will be randomly selected.

First Place winner will receive two (2) Minnesota Vikings tickets for November 29, 2026 valued at $156.

Second Place winner will receive a two (2) night hotel stay at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel valued at $200.

Third Place winner will receive a dining credit to the Mystic Steakhouse valued at one hundred dollars ($100).

Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prizes in the Promotion: $456.

Prizes will be awarded provided that eligible entries have been received to conduct the drawing. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash equivalent or substitutions are allowed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value or a cash payment equal to the value of the prize. Only one (1) prize per person, family/household. All costs and expenses associated with the prizes not specified in these Official Rules, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner(s). Other restrictions may apply. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of prize fulfillment due to unforeseen circumstances, or those outside of Sponsor’s control.

Winners acknowledge that the Released Parties (as defined below) have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers’ terms therefore, and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee.

Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded to the party failing to claim them, and if by reason of an error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, all persons making valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes in the prize category in question. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.

TAXES:

All federal, state and local taxes, and other government imposed fees on a prize won and other expenses related to accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. By accepting a prize, each winner agrees to self-report the winner’s prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service, as required by law. If a prize has a value of $600 or more, Sponsor will issue the winner a Form 1099 required by the Internal Revenue Code.

WINNER NOTIFICATION:

All potential winners are subject to verification, including verification of age and residency. Potential winners will be notified via the email linked to their Mystic Slots game account, or address used with a mail entry within seven (7) working days after the Drawing Date. Potential winners must respond to the winner notification within three (3) days of attempted notification. Potential winners (who timely respond to the winner notification) may also be required to complete and return a notarized Declaration of Eligibility and Release within seven (7) days of the date the Release was sent. A potential winner that is a resident of Canada will be required to answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be entitled to the prize. Failure of a potential winner to claim prize or contact the Sponsor within the above stated deadline, return any applicable winner documents within the applicable deadline, failure to complete the skill-testing question or the return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in the disqualification of the potential winner and the selection of an alternate winner from remaining eligible entries through a separate random draw. If a potential winner cannot be reached or does not respond within the specified time frame, is found to be ineligible or declines to accept the prize (or any portion thereof), the potential winner may be disqualified in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, and in such case the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate potential winner from remaining eligible entries through a separate random draw. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address, and/or telephone number of entrants.

RELEASES:

a. As a condition of entering, entrants agree (and agree to confirm in writing): (a) to release Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, agents, franchisees and advertising and promotional agencies, and the administrator of the Promotion, and each of their officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, representatives and agents (“Released Parties”), from and against any and all liability, loss, claim or damage incurred with respect to or arising from participation in the Promotion and/or the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize or any item redeemed therewith or any travel or other activity related thereto; (b) that under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other indirect damages or attorneys’ fees and court costs, and/or any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

b. By accepting a prize, entrants grant permission to the Released Parties and their designees to use their name, address (city, state/province, country), any photos, videos, descriptions of their person, likeness, statements, voice, biographical information and entry, and, without limitation, any notes, photographs, film, video or audio tape that may be taken of an entrant or of such materials (collectively, the “Content”), and to reproduce, copy, modify, create derivative works of, display, perform, distribute, transmit or broadcast, publicly or otherwise, or otherwise use and permit to be used the Content or any part thereof, in any media now known or hereafter developed, in connection with the advertising and promotion of the Promotion and the Sponsor’s services, without further compensation or notice or right of approval, except where prohibited by law.

FORCE MAJEURE:

Without limitation to any other rights set forth herein, the Released Parties are not responsible if the Promotion must be postponed or cancelled or if any prize cannot be provided due to delays, or interruptions due to Acts of God, Acts of War, natural disasters, weather, epidemic, pandemic, or terrorism. Sponsor hereby retains the right (in its absolute discretion) to suspend, modify and/or terminate the Promotion in the event that its completion is prevented or interrupted because of force majeure events, including any strike, fire, war, terrorist, or governmental action, epidemic, pandemic or any disruptive event beyond our control. If the Promotion is suspended as set forth herein, the Promotion shall be deemed extended by a period equivalent to the periods of suspension, unless otherwise announced by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no termination hereunder shall affect Sponsor’s rights hereunder or any of its rights in and to the Promotion, which shall remain in full force and effect.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION:

This Sweepstakes and its Official Rules, excluding any and all disputes, are subject to all applicable United States federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New York, United States., without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof, and any matters or proceedings which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in Section 13 of these Official Rules and/or for entering any judgment on an arbitration award, shall take place in court of competent jurisdiction in Erie County, New York.

DISPUTES:

You agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action relating to the Promotion, these Official Rules and/or the award, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize or any item redeemed therewith or any travel or other activity related thereto shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by confidential arbitration in Buffalo, New York, before a single arbitrator pursuant to the then-current Consumer Arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. PLEASE NOTE: YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO FILE SUIT IN A COURT OF LAW (INCLUDING ANY CLASS ACTION SUIT) TO ENFORCE YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THIS PROMOTION, THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND/OR THE AWARD, RECEIPT, POSSESSION AND/OR USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE OR ANY ITEM RELATED THEREWITH OR ANY TRAVEL OR OTHER ACTIVITY RELATED THERETO. Any award rendered shall be final and conclusive upon the parties and a judgment thereon may be entered in the highest court of any forum, state or federal, having jurisdiction. The parties to the arbitration will share equally the administrative costs of such arbitration proceedings. You agree to commence any arbitration proceeding pursuant to this Section 13 within one (1) year after the claim arises. You agree that a proceeding commenced after this date is barred.

PRIVACY:
